Kelly Michelle Stables, born in St. Louis Missouri was a performer at The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia conferred her with a BA (with honors) in Theater and Communication. Upon moving from Missouri to Los Angeles she quickly got involved in theatre arts, acting and choreographing for more than two dozen musicals and plays such as The Little Foxes Brady Bunch: The Musical Peter Pan at the Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera and 7 title roles in LA's award winning Storybook Theatre. Kelly started landing TV and film roles as she was studying improvisation with The Groundlings. She also became a member of Theatre West. Her unique voice and petite size has enabled her to take on a wide variety of interesting characters. She's best known as Naomi Watts's evil Samara in The Ring 2, but her most well-known role is as the cheerful receptionist in Two and a Half Men. Kelly played a part in a regular series in TV The Land's The Exes between 2011-2015. Kelly played both a paralegal and a night party goer. Kelly was also a regular as Alyssa's charming, smart sister on ABC's Romantically Challenged and as the stressed-out suburban mom in the CW series No Tomorrow. The soprano voice of hers has been featured in a variety of cartoons including Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. Recent appearances include her as the sly and charming Cloud 9 employees on NBC's Superstore. Together with her husband and two children and writing and sewing, she has a relaxing life.
